About Rynette...

Here is my story

I’m that woman who never believed in herself. I was that person whose self esteem was not just low but under the ground but one day I leveled up and decided playtime was over. I got around the right people and my whole life changed.

I’m a Certified Educator and started in the school system as a teacher became an administrator and eventually a college professor but I knew there was more for me. Due to my lack mindset I was scared to step out and do more so I sat scared for years.

After I leveling up my mindset I walked away from the school system in 2012 to start my own school with my sister. After 6 buildings falling through I finally got the 7th building and opened my preschool school. Yay!!

Seven is the number of completion yes that magic number! There were accolades on top of accolades upon opening the school. The 1st year opened the school became the model preschool of Orange County, we were chosen as the Orlando Magic Preschool of the year (NBA Basketball team) and that was just the beginning. The old me would’ve quit after the first building fell through but because my mind was in the right place I pushed forward.

The 2nd year of opening the preschool we opened an Academy K-5 and started a consulting business helping people open their own private and charter schools, write curriculum, provided trainings and get accredited. Glad I stayed the course and didn’t quit when the buildings fell through because within 14 months we had a MILLION DOLLAR Business.

In the meantime my journey inspired me to become a speaker and tell my story to help other women get unstuck and go to their next level. As I continued speaking I was asked to coach and mentor women to walk in purpose so I started a group called NEXT LEVEL CHICKS in 2017. This lead me to not only be speaker but to become a mindset coach and mentor. I did this part time for 2 years. As this business started to grow my passion and God’s calling led me to walk away from my school and do NEXT LEVEL full time.

Thus here I am today fully walking in my purpose and loving it! You know what that says to me is that anyone who believes and wants to has the power to create their own reality. I did it and so can you but you must prepare for it... yes prepare for that life you really want to live. It's time to put your foot to the pedal and grind. Like I said playtime is over!
